Chod Safety System 3 piece Sets Terminal Tackle Carp Fishing End Tackle
The Chod Safety System creates a completely safe setup for use on a leadcore or leadfree leader,prioritizing fish safety.
It is designed so that should your main line break above the leader knot, the three-part safety system ensures that the hooked fish will not be burdened with a trailing leader, eliminating the risk of the fish becoming tethered.
No‑Trace Beads are semi‑open beads that sit on the Chod Sleeve. They hold securely in place on the leader during casting and normal use, yet will release under a little pressure.
To use:
1 Thread the chod system in sequence (see photo) onto a fine latch needle.
2 Slide onto a leadcore or leadfree leader
3 Thread on a heli sleeve(not supplied)
4 Attach the multi‑clip and lead, and then finally fit the No‑trace bead onto the chod‑sleeve.
